These bushes, provide a slightly larger than usual jalapeno that starts off dark green and as it ripens turns a dark purple and then finally red. The flavor sweetens as it ripens to red, so if you prefer them sweet, leave them to ripen fully. They are an excellent heat to make the best tasting Jalapeno poppers. 🌶
