The White Bhut Jolokia is a natural variant of the red Bhut Jolokia or Ghost pepper. The chili plants produce peppers that are elongated pendant pods that get up to 4 inches in length. They ripen from green to a white / ivory colour. The heat level is extreme and they are just as hot as the red version.
